1. General Refund & Return Conditions
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Opened packages or products with a broken seal are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for safe return packaging to prevent damage.
  • Defective or incorrect products will be refunded or replaced after verification.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch without charges.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations may incur logistics and admin deductions.
  • Cancellations before dispatch are accepted; after dispatch, it’s treated as a return under policy.
3. Refund Process & Deductions
  • Refunds are processed after product inspection by our QC team.
  • Shipping charges, return expenses, and taxes will be deducted.
  • If damaged during return transit, refund may be denied.
  • Final refund depends on product condition and evaluation.
  • Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are credited through the original mode of payment.
4. Refund Policy for Services
  • Refund requests within 24 hours may be partially accepted based on usage.
  • Utilized services may not be refunded, subject to company evaluation.
  • Ayushleaf Lifecare aims to act fairly, but reserves the right to reject unreasonable demands.
  • Taxes and deductions apply to service refunds where applicable.
  • Refunds depend on service stage and incurred costs.
  • Final decision on service-related refunds lies with Ayushleaf Lifecare Products.
5. Exceptions & Company Discretion
  • Final refund decisions are at the discretion of Ayushleaf Lifecare.
  • Defective/incorrect items may qualify for full refund or replacement.
  • Used or tampered products are not eligible for refund.
  • Unjustified refund claims may be denied.
